General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following conditions apply to package tours offered by My Finland S.A.R.L.: a) The General Terms and Conditions for package tours, approved on July 1, 2018, and negotiated between the Association of Finnish Travel Agents and the Consumer Ombudsman (includes minor amendments to point 4). b) Specific terms and conditions of sale. The aforementioned General Terms and Conditions state that “Any tour operator has the right to clarify the general terms and conditions of its package tours by supplementing them with additional terms, provided that the latter do not disadvantage the passenger and do not contradict the said general terms and conditions.” My Finland’s specific terms and conditions of sale serve to clarify the general terms and conditions. Should these specific terms disadvantage the passenger or violate the legislation governing package tours (Mandatory Provisions of the Package Travel Directive), the latter shall prevail.
